The patient was advised to get the remaining teeth extracted following with Implant-supported full mouth rehabilitation
Securing the Guide, Drilling through the Guide
Upper 8 Implants placed with 2 Pterygoid & 4 Multi-Units
Lower 6 Implants placed Freehand
Upper Guided All on 8 Screw-Retained Hybrid & Lower Freehand All on 6 Cement Retained PFM was planned accordingly.
